Volunteering at the library

Volunteering in a library is a rewarding experience.

Volunteers can make valuable contributions to a range of services, particularly helping with the description, digitisation and management of historical collections, as well as being involved in library events.

Volunteers can come from a variety of age groups and walks of life. It provides a chance to learn more about the library, its collections and services and to be part of a vibrant community.
